Main units

Paper feeding unit 1. The feeding roller is made of two layers of rubber, the inner layer is soft and the outer layer is hard, which makes the inner layer more flexible, the surface is more wear-resistant, and the groove damage of the cardboard is reduced; 2. Dust removal system with brushes and segmented vacuum cleaners; self-locking system adopts adjustment of the feed roller gap, feeder side guide electric and PLC control; 3. The vacuum fan is controlled by variable frequency drive to increase or decrease the vacuum suction to match different sizes of cardboard.

Slotting Unit 1. The first pre-creasing, the cardboard will not be damaged after pre-creasing. 2. The slotting register and the height of the carton are digitally controlled by the motor and PLC. 3. The flexible angle cutting knife can cut 3 or 5 or 7 layers of cardboard without adjustment and easy operation.
