The whole chamber structure ofDJL Liquid Nitrogen Modular Combined Cryogenic Furnace Treatment Machine is made of double-layer SUS304 stainless steel by bending and welding, and then reinforced with ribs to support and protect the machine. The bottom of the inner cavity is supported by engineering plastics (ptfe) with high strength and excellent thermal insulation performance to ensure the safety and thermal insulation performance of the machine under heavy load. The bottom of the whole is equipped with special casters, which are convenient to move the chamber and equipped with fixed locking (No casters for large furnace). In addition, for the opening of different furnace, we provide two configurations of booster spring support rod and pneumatic opening of cylinder for easy operation by customers.

Modular combined cryogenic treatment machine for moulds is one of the cryogenic treatment products developed by DJL in 2007, it is specially used for cryogenic treatment of large parts, rollers, long parts and others or mass products on an irregular basis.

This machine can be used flexibly according to the processing specifications and quanitites of customers. Whole tank can be divided into serveral small tanks, each tank can operate independently, the separation operation is simple and reliable. If the customer's treatment capacity is relatively low, one or two tanks can be started for cryogenic treatment.

Each tank has an independent circulating fan and liquid nitrogen control system, When mass production or large and long parts are produced, a whole machine can be restored. In this way, the consumption of liquid nitrogen can be significantly reduced and the production cost can be greatly reduced.
