(1) The use of stainless steel regular corrugated packing increases the specific surface area of vapor-liquid contact, which results in good vapor-liquid mass transfer, shortens the retention time of oil in the tower, effectively reduces the generation of trans fatty acids and guarantees the quality of oil products.

(2) High temperature makes the oil pigment, hydrogen peroxide and other substances decompose, convenient to improve the odour, taste and colour of the oil.

(3) The oil phase has a huge surface area, which improves the vapour-liquid mass transfer efficiency and saves the steam consumption of the vapour and vacuum system (save 50%-70% of steam)

(4) Physical deacidification can be achieved in the deodorisation process, with no waste water discharge, highly efficient and environmentally friendly.
