DJL Impingement Tunnel Freezer uses an efficient freezing mode, the
low-temperature cold air circulates in the closed air channel in
the freezing chamber, so that the products on the mesh belt are
frozen by the wind in all directions at the same time. High
efficiency of freezing, quick freezing speed, uniform freezing,
excellent quality after freezing. Suitable for freezing: Shrimp
(fresh water lobster, South American white prawn), fish (meat)
balls, fish fillets, meat cuts, pasta (steamed stuffed buns),
asparagus, and all kinds of packaged, plate-packed, boxed prepared
food.
Equipment characteristics
1. Mesh belt drive: Mesh belt speed with stepless adjustment by
imported frequency converter, the freezing time is adjustable from
10 to 60 minutes, which can adapt to the processing of various
products.
2. The feeding is equipped with an ice scraper device to reduce the
damage to the steel plate belt caused by ice and foreign matters.
3. According to the output requirements can choose single, double
belt combination.
