There are three kinds of freezers: 1. Tuneel freezers 2. Spiral Freezers 3. Fluidized IQF Tunnel Freezers
Tunnel freezers: Low cost, suitable for freezing fish and meat, thick and heavy foods. The way of blowing is the from the top
Spiral freezers:Lower energy consumption,small floor occupying,retention time is much flexible,the adjusted range is large.The way of blowing is from the edgeways
Fluidized IQF Tunnel Freezers: Suitable for freezing small and light materials, such as shrimp, strawberries, beans and granular materials. The way of blowing is from the bottom.

Equipment maintenance:	The equipment side is equipped with maintenance & cleaning gate to facilitate the cleaning and maintenance of conveyor. The bottom of engine body is equipped with drainage outlet to drain water from the equipment. The whole equipment is long life, low consumable design, the easily-damaged parts can be replaced easily and rapidly with excellent maintainability.

3. How to send the equipment to my country?

By sea, using 20'GP, 40'GP or 45'GP containers, depends on size of the equipment.

4. How much liquid nitrogen will be consumed for freezing foods?

Generally 1:1, that is 1 ton nitrogen for 1 ton food The comsumption rate is 1:1 to 1:1.5, actual consumption depends on the dimension and water content.

5. What is your warranty policy?

One year warranty, life-time maintenance.Components and parts are provided for free within warranty date for replacement.
