RO Water Treatment System:
The principle of pure water treatment technology is to remove these
substances and moisture according to the osmotic pressure of the
solution, according to the fact that other substances cannot pass
through the semipermeable membrane. The reverse osmosis technology
treatment process consists of three parts: a pretreatment process,
a membrane module joining process, and a post-treatment process.
The pretreatment process, also known as the pretreatment process,
aims to improve the treated water quality, prevent contamination of
the membrane by water contaminants, prolong the service life of the
membrane, and reduce operating costs.
Component connection method: It is often divided into first-level
and multi-level connection (divided into one-stage and
multi-stage). The so-called first-level means that the feed is
subjected to membrane separation after one pressurization, and the
second-stage separation is subjected to membrane separation by
secondary pressurization. The reverse osmosis method has high
desalination rate, can simultaneously remove bacteria, endotoxin
and other organic matter and has low operating cost. It is widely
used for desalination of dry seawater and brackish water,
preparation of pure hydration in drinking water and pharmaceutical
industry of food industry, Particularly suitable for industries
that require both desalination and bacterial microparticle removal.
The membrane pore size of the reverse osmosis membrane is very
small, so that dissolved salts, colloids, microorganisms, organic
matter, and the like in the water can be effectively removed. The
system has the advantages of good water quality, low energy
consumption, no pollution, simple process and easy operation.

RO Water Treatment Process:
Raw water tank(buyer supply)→raw water pump → quartz filter →
activated carbon filter → (softener) → security filter → high
pressure pump → reverse osmosis system → pure water tank(buyer
supply)→ water point
1. The reverse osmosis forward water temperature is about 25 ± 2
°C.
2. Reverse osmosis system includes: security filter, high pressure
pump, reverse osmosis membrane group, control instrument, etc.
3. The water treatment system of this project is based on the RO
desalination system. The quartz filter, activated carbon filter and
security filter are pre-processed to ensure the normal operation of
the ro system.
4. Process characteristics: Compared with traditional ion exchange
demineralization, reverse osmosis desalination has the advantages
of long-term stable operation, high reliability, high processing
precision, long operating cycle and low operating cost.
