We always use raw material 42CrMo4 to produce the popular press
brake tooling and all the tooling are hardened and ground to reach
the hardness of 48~52 HRC (Rockwell hardness), the procedure for
holistic heat treatment is as follow :
quenching + tempering + 860 °C Oil quenching + 390°C Tempering .
At last ,the tolerance of tooling we can control is +/-0.02mm
Range:
we can manufacture Acute tooling, Goose neck punch ,Single V die ,2
V die ,Multi V die block, die holder and upper adaptor for punch.
Popular size for the tooling is:26*97*835mm ,26*150*835mm,
60*60*835mm, 56*120*835mm
The longest bottom die we can make is up to 10 meters (
size:220*220*10,000mm)
Case:Year 2014, we manufactured one upper tooling (size : 25*165*6100mm ) and bottom tooling(120*120*6100mm) to one of famous machinery dealer in Australia .
