Description PP PE plastic granulator machine:
1. The pp pe plastic granulator machine compacting and pelletizing
system combines function of crushing, compacting, plasticization
and pelletizing to one step.applied in the plastics recycling and
pelletizing process.
2. SJ series system is a reliable and efficiency solution for
plastics films, raffias, filaments, bags, woven bags and foaming
materials re-pelletizing.
3. The complete process of this waste plastic recycling machine is
belt conveyer - wet crusher - screw loader - friction washer -
float washer - squeezing pelletizer - pelletizing line. The output
could be 300~800kg/h. For dirty material, the clients will need
more washing machine for cleaning the material. According to
clients workshop, this plastic recycling machine could be arranged
as "L" or "U" shape to save space.

Applications:

jumbo bags and so on. It include plastic crushing and washing

will make granules directly from waste plastic plastic material.
With proper design, this line can also recycle plastic basket,
plastic bucket, plastic pallet, jerry cans and so on.
