Application and working principle

1. The WNCG-90 fully automatic temperature control roller roaster adopts advanced technology, which has changed the traditional domestic seed frying seeds process. With the features of exquisite in material selection, reasonable in structure, beautiful in appearance, durable in employ, adopts double-layer partitions, automatic temperature control, clean and sanitary , small power and high output.

2. Fully automatic temperature control roller roaster can be used for drying and roasting of sesame, cottonseed, rapeseed, soybean, peanut, flax seed, tea seed, paulownia seed, sunflower and other seeds, as well as coating of all kinds of fine particles.etc.

3. The machine has compact structure, sturdiness and durability, convenient operation and maintenance, and low investment cost. The equipment uses liquefied gas as the heat source, and burns through the infrared heater to heat the cylinder and radiate the heat energy to the object to be baked. During the baking process, the object to be baked is continuously turned in the sieve to make the object to be baked. The heating is even, which effectively guarantees the baking quality.

4. The roaster is low air consumption, high heat dissipation, and no pollution. Lightweight insulation materials are used for heat preservation on the baking box, which effectively improves the utilization rate of heat.
