Working principle:
The light source of the device is molecules which are composed by atom (Xe) and chlorine atom (Cl) under
the effect of electric field. Since Cl can receive an electron from Xe and the two atoms are in an instable
binding state (excimer) after they are activated, the excimer UV light with a wavelength of 308nm is
generated.
