Working principle of induction brazing machine:
High frequency induction heating equipment adopts electromagnetic
induction principle, making the metal material generate induced
current in the circle of the alternating magnetic field to melt
metal material. It can also penetrate non-metallic materials,
heating the metal parts or all of them quickly.
In accordance with the above principles, the high frequency and
medium frequency heating devices we developed are various types,
such as common type, temperature control type and intelligent type.
Features of induction heating machine:
1. IGBT inversion technology based PLC series circuit .
2. Phase locking looping technology and soft switch ensure good
reliability and realize power and frequency tracking automatically.
3. Diode rectifier cause high power factor more than 0.95.
4. Power can be instantly turned on or shut off with working in
100% load.
5. Perfect protective circuit and cooling system designed.
6. Low energy consumption: converts up to 97.5% above of the
expended energy into useful heat. Energy saving 15%-30% compared
with SCR induction heating machine.
7. Safety Operating and easy installation.
Applications of induciton heating equipment:
1. Hot forging for various hardware and tools, such as plier,
wrench, hammer, ax, screwing tools and shear (orchard shear).
2. Hot forging and quenching for various automobile and motorcycle
fittings, such as crankshaft, connecting rod, piston pin, chain
wheel,aluminum wheel, valve, rock arm shaft, semi drive shaft,
small shaft and small fork.
3. Quenching for electric tools, such as gear and axes.
4. Quenching for machine tools, such as lathe deck and guide rail.
5. Quenching for various hardware metal parts and machined parts,
such as shaft, gear (chain wheel), cam, chuck and clamp, etc.
6. Hot forging for hardware molds, such as small-size mold,
accessory of mold and inner hole of mold.
7. Other metal products.
