1 Product features of Rotating seal

Rotary oil seals are used to seal rotating machinery components to prevent leakage of internal media or to prevent invasion of external dirt . The choice of seal type depends on operating parameters such as operating medium , temperature , circumferential velocity , pressure , and ambient air conditions .
The rotary oil seal consists of a rubber assembly , a reinforced metal frame and a self-tightening spring .
The outer layer of rotary oil seal can be elastic rubber or metal , giving consideration to static sealing and fixing in the hole . The metal skeleton provides the stability necessary for rotating oil seals, while the spring exerts radial force against the axial surface of the seal lip through its own self-tightening force . Dust lip can also be used to protect against outside dirt and dust invasion .

2 Type of rotary seal of Rotating seal

According to the structural form , we can divide it into three basic types . WA type, skeleton rubber , with reliable sealing performance of the outer edge :WB type, exposed metal skeleton , installed in the hole stable and accurate positioning ; WC type, outer ring metal skeleton side with a sub-shell reinforcement of the combined oil seal with metal inserts , strong stiffness , suitable for harsh working conditions and difficult to install occasions .

3 Scope of application of Rotating seal

Rotary oil seal is mainly used for rotary shaft end seal , such as shaft, hub and axle in the following industries :
