Product description

Paper tube and core production lines are designed according to customers’ specifications and are made of:

• Spiral winders with 2 and 4 driving heads

Function

1. Paper tube machine adopt microcomputer set in-line cut length, more accurately; Touch screen convenient for data adjusting.
2. Paper ply tension control system, cylinder press paper ply firmly, can adjust tension freely.
3. Supply gluing pots and pressure tension control system; adopt single or double side gluing.
4. Flanged shaft with flexile design, suit with tapered mandrel, can do fine-turning to tube inside diameter.
5. Tube in-line cutting moving speed controlled by servo motor, synchronous with tube production speed.
6. Mechanical loading paper reels, helpful for reducing the labor force.
7. Paper core machine frame is with the anti-deformation treatment, ensures machinery running stability and working precision.
8. Delta PLC control and automatic meter counter, all the parameters can be set up on the control panel.
9. HIGHTECH touch screen from Taiwan, all the parameters can be displayed on the HMI interface, easy operation.
10. Imported frequency inverter drives the AC motor, the machine working is more stable.
11. Independent electrical control box equips with input plug, the after-sale troubleshooting and repairing will be much easier.
12. Dialogue monitor, automatic operation memory and store, automatic fault display.
13. Multi cutter for cutting the paper core, high precision, and more bearable.
14. Extreme quiet design transmission parts after special treatment, with high efficiency and low maintenance.
15. Double side glue coating devices, the paper core is more sticky and stronger.
16. 2 photocells for the paper core length tracking, after reaching the preset length, the paper core will be cut off.
17. Circuit system with remote control function, if circuit or machine fail, the engineer can assist you in solving problems via machine communications tools and software.
