1. Q: Can you accept customized designs ?
A: Sure . We accept both OEM/ODM designs . We can make products
according to your designs, we also have artists here who can offer
artworks according to your design idea .
2. Q: May I have a sample for quality reference idea ?
A: Of course . We can send you some of our existing samples for
your reference idea and free cost . But you need to pay for the
sample freight from our factory to your door .
3. Q:What is the payment term?
A:30% T/T deposit before production and 70% T/T balance payment
before shipping .
4. Q:How long is the sample LEAD TIME?
A:For existing samples, it takes 1-3 days.
5. Q:Are you the manufacturer or trade company?
A: Both are. We have our own factory. We have been engaged in this
field for more than 5 years.So factory price can be kept for our
customers. And the quality for products & after service are better
than others.
6. Q:How much the transportation freight will be?
A: The freight depends on the weight & packing size and your area.
