Instruction of structure

The structure of M-DP is simple and sturdy. The double-layer hard-die-cut cardboard and filter material combine to form a complete set of structure, cardboard, moisture-proof, high-temperature resistance, and tightly bonded to the filter material at each intersection to enhance the robustness of the filter, and help to maintain the balance of the pleated filter media and the pleat spacing.

M-DP filter paper is a special mixture of non-woven fabric and synthetic fiber. It has a fluffy structure, large dust holding capacity and low initial resistance.The filter material is tightly bonded to a layer of expanded wire mesh, and is processed into a highly spaced filter pleat by a special process, allowing air to pass freely and evenly, so that dust can be uniformly adsorbed on the entire filter material, thereby achieving a higher dust holding capacity.The expanded wire mesh enhances the strength of the filter pleats and effectively reduces the jitter of the filter layer during use, thereby reducing secondary pollution.

M-DP can be divided into three performance levels according to the density of the pleat: DP30,DP20,DP10.
