high-temperature furnace, electrodes, screws, rabbles in rare earth
smelting industry, heating electrodes in glass industry and support
of lamp in the lighting industry, etc.

We can make the TZM rod with long length, thin diameter and
different surface as required.
1.The density of our TZM rods is from 9.8g/cm3 to 10.1g/cm3; The smaller diameter,the higher density.
2. TZM rod possesses features with high hot hardness, high thermal
conductivity, and low thermal expansion to hot work steels
3.It is a silvery-white, hard, transition metal, which has the
eighth-highest melting point of any element;
4.It has the lowest heating expansion of any commercially used
metal.

- Packing & shipping for TZM rod:
TZM rod will be packed with pvc foil first to protect the surface.
To ensure the safety during transportation, products will be packed
accordingly with exportable wooden box with foam sheet protection
inside.
If customer has special packing requirments, we will try to meet
them.
Note: When you received the products, open the package carefully, some
parts are sharp, please protect yourself. And if there is any
damage, remember to contact with us, we will solve the problem for
you.
1. How do you insure the quality is good?
--Our products are produced by ourselves from the begining. And we
could control the quality step by step by inspecting the products
at each step. Before shipping, our inspection department will check
all the products carefully, including dimension, material, surface.
2. Could you make sure the shipping safety?
--yes, we will pack the goods carefully with wooden box and foam
sheet inside to protect the products. Some special products, we
will make mould for it to make sure the shipping safety.
3. Can I get free sample?
--yes, we'd like to offer free sample if the sample costs less than
$100. We will arrange the shipping as freight collected.
