Ordinary Wire Steel Φ5.5-Φ10mm Coiled Reinforced Bar and Wire Rod
Ordinary wire production line can produce ordinary carbon, high
quality carbon steel, low alloy steel ordinary coil and coil circle
with diameter of 5.5-10mm, raw material is generally 150×150×6000mm
continuous casting billet (or smaller), billet weight 1 ton (or
smaller). Maximum rolling speed of 25m/s, double line rolling,
production capacity of 200,000 ~ 300,000 tons/year.
Ordinary wire production line is double-line rolling. Main

The walking beam heating furnace is adopted to reduce the floor
space and improve the heating quality of billets.
Horizontal and vertical arrangement of roughing mill, medium mill
and pre-finishing mill. The whole production line realizes
torsion-free rolling.
The finishing mill is equipped with 8 or 10 super heavy 45°
twist-free top crossing mills. The reducing and sizing unit can be
retained for on-line heat treatment. The guaranteed speed of
finishing mill is 105 m/s.
