Description:
Working principle of talc color separator:
The talc enters the machine from the hopper at the top. Through the
vibration of the vibrator device, the talc slides along the
channel, accelerates its fall, enters the observation area in the
sorting room, and passes between the sensor and the background
plate. Under the action of the light source, according to the light
intensity and color change, the system generates an output signal
to drive the solenoid valve to work, blow out different color
particles to the waste cavity of the receiving hopper, and the
high-quality talc continues to fall to the finished product cavity
of the receiving hopper, so as to achieve the purpose of selection.
Our multi-functional color separator can separate ore, talc, quartz
silica, potassium feldspar, calcite, dolomite, pearl rock, tungsten
ore, pebble, etc.
