Product Introduction:
The portable spot welding machine uses the resistance heat
generated by the current flowing through the weldment as a heat
source for welding under pressure. Mainly used for spot welding of
low-carbon steel parts of thin plate structures. Portable spot
welding machines are generally suspended in the air and connected
to the welding tongs through flexible cables. The welding tongs of
the portable spot welding machine have various structural forms to
choose from, so the portable spot welding machine has a strong
adaptability for large workpieces that are inconvenient to move,
workpieces with complex shapes, or workpieces that must be stuck on
the fixture for spot welding. In automobile body spot welding, the

Features:
1. During welding, the heating time is short, the heat is
concentrated, and there is no electric arc, spark splash, welding
slag, fusion welding accumulation, and thermal deformation of the

2. Welding is accomplished using the proper combination of
resistance heat and mechanical force, so it is possible to obtain

3. Due to the simple welding process, without the need for filler
materials, solvents, and shielding gas, the cost is low.
4. Due to the high current density and high temperature of the
solder joint of the weldment, the precise control of the power-on
time by the welding machine controller allows the solder joint to
obtain a reproducible nugget size, which can adapt to the welding
of multiple types of the same or different metals and coated steel
plates.

The shippment is 15 days after getting deopsit, but customized
machines should be more than 25 days.
