LJBZ2025 Vertical Automatic Insulating glass production line
APPLICATION
As the most important process of insulating glass production, we
are especially professional in glass cleaning, transmitting
pressing and gas filling(optional).The production line can do
double glass,triple glass and stepped glass.
1. Low-e glass sensor
This sensor is installed before washing machine.It can automatically recognize
Low-e glass,preventing the glass from dropping Low-e surface.
2. Conveyor roller
The transfer wheel in the washing and drying section : The front
and back transfer wheel are all moved, all actively transferred. It
can guarantee the big size glass and thick glass pass through
smoothly.
3. Washing&Drying machine
The whole washing &drying machine adopts stainless
steel,including the plate and interior spare parts.And some slider
block are copper.
3.1 Washing part
It has 3 pair of brushes, which are all soft brushes, washing flat
glass,tempering glass and low-e glass.It has a diameter of less
than 0.1mmde bristles,which will never damage glass,especially
low-e glass .
Noise reduction device
The noise can be controlled below 90 decibels by using nylon gear
and sponges.
4.1 Pressing way
It presses IGUs by hydraulic station with pressure, it guarantees
the precise pressure.
4.2 Energy saving of pressing function
It adopts 3 micro switches,which divide the pressing part into 4
sections.
Each micro switch receives the signal and adds a part of the
working area. When the corresponding micro switch is not touched,
the region does not work.
The work area can be divided in this way.
4.4 Stepped glass(Optional)
It also can make stepped glass with a servo motor.

Insulating glass processing machine adopts Siemens control system,
equipped with high resolution touch screen, the operator can modify
the working parameters of the production line at any time, and can
clearly display the status of each input and output signal, which
is convenient for the routine maintenance of the machine.

LJBZ2500PG is not suitable for bow glass or twisted glass because
the plane inside the pressing section is immutable.
LJBZ2500PG is a pressing machine with a new filling gas technology.
This equipment is suitable for high and new technology glass
pressing and filling gas machine with various gases or mixed gases.
Because the control system detects preset types of gases (including
mixing ratio of mixed gases) and flow rate before each gas or
mixture is filled with insulating glass.
LJBZ2500PG Glass pressing and filling gas section is suitable for
pressing double IG units or three-layer IG units at the same time.
All kinds of flat glass (including coated glass and glass-clamped
glass) can be pressed by this machine.
LJBZ2500PG can be used to measure the gas concentration of
insulating glass on line. The measuring device in front of the
equipment can accurately measure the size and thickness of the
glass and calculate the amount of gas needed.
LJBZ2500PG can press and fill gas into two pieces of IG units whose
length is less than 1.5m at the same time, which greatly improve
the production efficiency, especially for the glass whose length is
less than 1.5m.
