Introduction:

Sintered wire mesh is made form multiple layers of woven wire mesh panel together using a sintering process. This process combines heat and pressure to permanently bond multi-layers of mesh together. The same physical process used to fuse individual wires together within a layer of wire mesh is also be used to fuse adjacent layers of mesh together. This creates a unique material offering excellent mechanical properties. It is ideal material for purification and filtration. It may be from 5, 6 or 7 layers of wire mesh (5 layers sintered filter mesh structure drawing as right picture).

Steel fiber mesh is composed of steel fiber mesh sintering together.Then it still have feature of web and porous construction, high strength,high stable construction in high temperature vacuum oven,it also has higher porosity,large specific area,and uniform distruction.These advantages make it ideal material of heat-resistant,corrosion-resiatant and high precision.These reusable,high quality filters are ideal for filtration and gas filter application.

Perforated sintered mesh has perforated metal as reinforcement layer support the sintered filter structure. So, it has very high compressive and mechanical strength. Perforated metal sintered filters are well used in oil wells, where fine particles need to be filtered under extremely high pressure conditions.

The sintered metal filter panels mentioned above may be formed into filter elements such as filter discs, filter cartridge, filter laminate, and filter tube. Sintered filter elements are made by moulds through high temperature sintering process forming different shape filters such as filter baskets and cone-shape filter, cup filters, cap filters, and filter plate.

Note: The 6-layer sintered wire mesh is to add one layer of 12 mesh to the 5-layer sintered wire mesh. Its thickness is 3.5 mm. And it has the higher anti-pressure ability.
