A: We can provide you samples for quality inspection. If you order,
we guarantee the quality is
same with sample. In case of quality problem, we can sign
agreements and our company will perform the duties.
Q2: How can we trust your factory?
A: We recommend that you come to our factory to see the goods,to
verify the real situation of
the products, and know more about our factory.
Q3: How about delivery?
A: It usually takes about 20~30 days.when the product is ready, it
can be delivered to you after your full payment. We will provide
technical guidance.
Q4: Do you guarantee the quality of your products?
A: Yes, the motor and the circuit board are guaranteed for one
year, and the other parts are guaranteed for three months.( Rivet
head is a consumable, not within the scope of the warranty) If you
have any problem, we can help you deal with it at any time. We
support online video communication.
