How does it work?
Simple!
This system is consists of heat pipe vacuum tube, collector
manifold & frame.
There is a heat pipe inside evacuated tube, and condensor is
plugged into manifold.
Heat energy will be transfered to manifold by heat pipe as soon as
the evacuated tubes gets sunshine.
In this way, the system starts circulation.
So it is called pressure solar collector too.

Feature
1. Solar radiation is absorbed by the solar tubes and converted
into heat.
Heat pipes conduct the heat from within the copper tube up to the
header pip
2. Anti-freeze liquid is circulated through the header.
3. No water inside the evacuated tubes, so the tubes will not break
in the winter, suitable for Russia, USA, Finland.....
4. Pressure solar collector can be still work if some tube broken.
5. If you equip with a tank, water tank does not need to be
installed above the solar collector.
6. It can be installed both on pitched roof and flat roof.

Heat pipe evacuated tube is a sealed copper pipe containing a small
quantity of volatile liquid and some special additives but with no
air.
Heat pipe tube consists of glass vacuum tube and a copper heat pipe
which is fixed by aluminum fin and silicon rubber.
When copper heat pipe to be heated then it will conduct heat to its
tip(condenser) which is plugged into the header pipe (inside of
manifold).
Water run through the header pipe so that heat is transferred from
the heat pipe condenser to the water.
We can have different tubes for each collector, from 8 tubes to 30
tubes.
