Product processing requirements for embedded spiral finned tube (embedded) equipment

1 mosaic depth and stability

1.1 pull off force test: more than 8kg or aluminum strip tearing

1.2 inlay depth: 0.35 ~ 0.5, according to the wall thickness of furnace tube

1.3 inlay stability: the pull-out force sample of the first piece in each shift meets the requirements of 1.1

1.4 the embedded pipe shall be made of stainless steel and carbon steel, and the wall thickness of the

pipe shall not be less than 2mm

1.5 diameter of embedded pipe DN20 ~ 38 (British American standard according to 1.5 requirements)

1.6 there is no crack or crack on the surface of the pipe after embedding

1.7 the height of the inlaid piece shall be calculated according to the pipe diameter - generally half the pipe

diameter, but not higher than 57 mm

High-frequency resistance welding spiral finned tube is to introduce high-power high-frequency current

into the welded part, and use the resistance heat generated by the current passing through the contact surface of

the welded part joint and the adjacent area to make the welding contact surface reach melting or semi-melting

plasticity State, and then apply appropriate pressure to the welding contact surface to complete the welding work of the finned tube.
