Application:

For Boilers,Superheaters, Heat-Exchangers, High-pressure Boilers

Manufacture:

Tubes are manufactured by seamless process and both hot finished and cold finished

are applicable

Heat treatment:

Hot finished tubes need not be heat treated.
Cold Finished tubes are heat treated after the final cold finishing pass at a temperature

of 1200℉(650℃) or higher

Chemical Composition

product analysis:

The size exceeds 3 feet (76.2mm), take one piece from every 100 pieces for inspection

The size is less than 3 feet (76.2mm), take one piece from every 250 pieces for inspection

The tubes are in the same furnace, take one tube from each furnace for analysis

Mechanical Test Required:

Flattening Test

Flaring Test

Hardness Test

Hydrostatic
