A2:Usually Your MOQ is around 3000 pcs/color. Contact us for a
quotation on orders under 3000 pieces and we will do whatever we
can to accommodate you.
Q3:Can i Get samples?
A3:Of course, we usually provide existing sample for free, however
you need to cover the express charge, and if you have special
request then we will charge you for special arrangement, and this
charge is refundable when order is up to a certain quantity.
Q4: What's the delivery time of your products?
A4: Usually the delivery time is 30 days after confirming order and
detail. Delivery time depending on your purchasing quantity and
production season.
Q5: How does your factory do regarding quality control.
A5: Quality is priority, we will do 100% quality inspection before
shipment.
Q6: what is your terms of payment?
A6: Normally T/T, but we also accept L/C, PAYPAL.For mass
production: 30% deposit before mass production,70% before shipment.
Q7: Can we use our own logo and design ?
A7: Yes, you can. We can follow up your request to put your logo or
design on . For logo file must Al file.
