Anhui Huilong Group Huilv New Material Technology Co., Ltd was
established in 2009. It has a complete industrial chain system of
profile extrusion, surface treatment, aluminum product design and
development, production, and installation, with an annual
production capacity of 50,000 tons. The company occupies more than
200,000 M2. Our aluminum products and deep finishing capabilities
rank among the best in the industry.
To expand production capacity, the new plant start construction in
October 2020 and put into production in August 2021, the annual
production capacity of Aluminium profiles will reach 100,000 tons,
the annual production capacity of doors, windows, and curtain walls
will reach 1 million square meters.

T5: After extruding aluminum profiles from the extruder, the
temperature is rapidly reduced by air cooling to meet the required
hardness (8 to 12 degrees Webster).
T6: After extruding aluminum profiles from the extruder, then
cooled by water to achieve higher hardness (over 13.5 Webster’s).
