Product description
Decanter centrifuge is a mechanical equipment which utilize the
principle of centrifugal and sedimentation and can carry out
continual separate the suspend liquid with density difference.
The decanter centrifuge can be used to clarify, dehydrate and
classify the suspensions with 0.002-3 mm solid phase particles and
thickness range at 0.5~50%.
According to feeding liquid feature, product can be divided into
two-phase and three phase decanter centrifuge. The decanter
centrifuge adopt double motor driving, the bowl and screw are
driven by two variable frequency motors and two frequency
converters. By the double motors driving, the differential speed
between the bowl and screw can be adjusted through simple
adjustment of the rotation speed of the motors. It can be perfect
suitable for the treatment of the material without a constant solid
content and those having strict requirements for the water content
of discharged solids.
It is suitable for separating different feed under different
process condition, and widely use in pharmaceutical, food,
chemical, light industry, environmental protection industry etc

Technical features
- All contact with the material are made of high quality stainless
steel, or duplex stainless steel.
- In order to ensure a high dryness cake, specially designed bowl and
spirals are pressed against the dewatered cake at the conical end
of the bowl in a high-pressure, two way manner to minimize the
moisture content of the cake
- The machine uses double motor double frequency conversion, and with
multi-stage planetary gear drive. The difference in speed between
the bowl and the screw can be automatically adjusted by the control
system in real time based on the characteristics of the raw
materials and the user’s requirements, ensuring consistency of the
high-dry mud cake, even in the case of changing raw materials. At
the same time unique DC bus-powered design, to ensure a strong
spiral torque, while greatly reducing power consumption. In
addition to include full hydraulic drive, including a variety of
drive options for the user to choose.
- A wide range of wear protection are available, including welded
hard facing or spray coating, ceramic port, zn carbide tiles,
chilled hard metal portcastings, etc. All wear protection elements,
except welded hard facings or spray coatings, are field
replaceable.
