Haynes 214/W-NR 2.4646/UNS N07214 high temperature alloy

It has excellent oxidation resistance up to 1260 ℃, and also has
excellent resistance to carburization, and also has good resistance
to chlorine-containing media environment. Used for harsh
Engraved industrial heating and special gas turbine components.
Such as porous seals and so on.
It is a nickel-chromium-aluminum-iron alloy, which is mainly used
in the temperature environment of 955oC (1750oF) and above. What it
shows
The oxidation resistance far exceeds the oxidation resistance of
almost all traditional heat-resistant forging alloys at this
temperature.

Supply conditions Heat treatment (after forming)
Annealing/Spring Tempering Store at 400-450oC (750-840oF) for 2
hours and use air cooling to relieve stress.
