standards, utilizing precision cylindrical gears with spherical
involute profiles. Combining our extensive experience and expertise
in extruders, the SANB gearbox is meticulously engineered with

The gears are crafted from high-quality, high-strength alloy
carburizing steel, with teeth hardened through advanced carburizing
and quenching processes. All gear grinding is completed using
imported precision gear grinding machines. The gear parameters are
specifically optimized to match the characteristics of extruders,
minimizing stress concentration at the gear roots and enhancing the
surface quality. This optimization increases flexural fatigue
strength, improves gear durability, and enhances the ratio of width
