Johnson Sand Control Wire Screen Filter Pipe Features:
Johnson sand control wire screen filter pipe is made of
wedge-shaped wire winding and wedge-shaped bar (or round bar)
welded at each intersection.
1. Johnson sand control wire screen filter pipe structure is firm,
good porosity, gap size is accurate.
Suitable for fine sand and silty sand formation in Wells.
2. The opening area of the wedge wire filter pipe is large, and the
filtration area is 60%.
3. Wedge structure design effectively prevent screen clogging and
easy backwash.
4. The larger filtration area makes it easier for groundwater to
penetrate into the well, so as to obtain abundant water, reduce the
depth of water level and reduce energy consumption.
5. The larger filtration area can relatively reduce the pressure of
water infiltration, can avoid sand in the larger pressure into the
well pipe, thus reducing the friction between sand and equipment,
reduce wear, improve the service life of equipment.
6. In the same length, diameter and gap conditions are small, the
flow of wedge-shaped wire filter pipe is 3 times that of bridge
filter pipe, is 9 times that of slit filter pipe.
7. Customers can choose between 0.1mm-6mm screen gap size, to meet
different construction conditions.
Johnson sand control wire screen filter pipe material:
mainly stainless steel, carbon steel galvanized, carbon steel
plastic spraying or other materials required by customers.
