Attention before canning:
①:Please confirm whether the cap is loose before filling,and
tighten it manually again.
②:Then the filling liquid process(jpg.2),filling the liquid into
inner bottle until protruding place,the capacity is
15.5ml,and the capacity of filling up to bottle mouth is 17ml.
Pay attention to filling the appropriate amount of liquid, do not
have the phenomenon of more filling , less filling,
full mouth or leakage.
Assembly Notes:
I. After filling (jpg.2), putting the bottle vertically down the
horizontal tableis,then pressing the buttom down gently
(jpg.3) to exhaust air.In order to avoid excessive air pressure
during assembly, resulting in liquid leakage;
2. When the machine assembles and presses automatically, pay
attention to let the the soft fixture contact the
gland,must be soft material, to prevent deformation and damage of the
gland during assembly.The stress point
is at the shoulders on both sides (blue arrows on both sides in Figure
4).
3. There will be a "click" ringing sound while the inner and outer
are sleeve pressing,and no gap at the assembly
seam. If the gap is larger, it means that the assembly is not in place,
which will lead to leakage risk.

Suggestion:
The dropper bottle is currently suitable for filling water ,
emulsion, essence and other liquid with relatively low
concentration.
Compatibility test must be done before filling.We do not recommend
filling essential oils in dropper bottles as
they may not be compatible with packing materials.
