Definition:

High Alumina Insulating Refractory Fire Brick 400C High Thermal Tunnel Kiln Mullite Heat Proof Bricks​​​​ is an aluminum silicate material which content of more than 48% alumina. High Alumina Insulating Refractory Fire Brick 400C High Thermal Tunnel Kiln Mullite Heat Proof Bricks is formed and calcined from alumina or other raw materials with high alumina content. The advantage of this material are high thermal stability, refractoriness above 1770℃,good slag resistance.

When the content of Al2O3 less than 70%, the load softening temperature depends on the quantity ratio between the mullite crystal phase and liquid phase. With the increase in the quantity of mullite, It also increased. Therefore, reducing the content of impurities in the raw materials is beneficial to improve the quality of the High alumina refractory bricks.
