Corrugated tube expansion joints are single or multi-layer
stainless steel expansion joints with higher expansion absorption
and lower spring rates. Corrugated tube expansion joints are used
e.g. in exhaust, district heating and blast furnace pipe work, in
mechanical, appendix and apparatus engineering as well as in
industrial or sprinkler installations.
Corrugated tube expansion joints are stainless steel corrugation
designed contributing to the solution of piping system problems. It
is used to absorb pipe movements, relieve stress, reduce system
noise/vibration, compensate for misalignment/offset and protect
rotating mechanical equipment against start-up surge forces.
Assemblies are designed for both high and low temperatures.
It is made of SUS304 material, multiply bellows with features of
lower elasticity coefficient, high-temperature and high-pressure
resisiting, applied to absorb the expansion or copression of the
HTM fluid pipeline. It can make a long service life in piping
system.
