According to the basic principles of helium leak detection, helium
as a tracer gas, the workpiece will be filled with helium in the
vacuum chamber, and then through a helium leak detector leak can
quickly and accurately determine the accuracy of the workpiece’s
leakage.

The system can automatically realize the whole program of gross
leak detection, vacuum, fine leak detection and helium recovery,
etc., after operator pushes the workpiece into the vacuum chamber,
connects the quick joint in the vacuum chamber with the seal joint
on workpiece, and press down the DOOR CLOSED button.
