1. This machine adopts closed structure,to achieve the purpose of sealing an explosion-proof,suitable for the application in poisonous,inflammable,explosive places.
2. The centrifuge is PLC controlled,and with the variable-frequency speed regulator,the braking resistance and the hydraulic/pneumatic unit,the centrifuge can be operated automatically or by manual.
3. The housing and the flat plate is welded together,the clamshell and the housing is connected with the flange&the quick open structure,and the clamshell can be opened by the hydraulic cylinder.
4. There are many protective functions,and processes of start,feeding,de-watering,washing and discharging are all automatic.The centrifuge can be throughly cleaned,it is safe and reliable.which meets the GMP standard.
5. The scraping system is a stainless steel sealed hydraulic cylinder designed by our company,which can contact the material directly.And the drum,housing and fasteners are stainless steel,optional 316 stainless steel.

Working principle

During the process of discharging,the scraper acts,under the impact of it most products are discharged through the blanking hole on the bottom of drum to the outside.The remnant product layer will be removed because of oscillation effect by the influence of automatic shaking-bag mechanism inside the drum.
