Scope of application:
This machine is designed for filling high and low viscosity liquid, especially suitable for: sauce, edible oil, shampoo, bath lotion and other kinds of non-granular liquid products.
Equipment features:
1. The whole machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel, aluminum alloy and engineering plastics.
2. The control system adopts imported PLC programmable controller with large LCD man-machine interface.
Provide 20 groups of memory area, can store filling time and parameters.
4. Filling capacity is fixed cylinder adjustment, suitable for all kinds of high and low viscosity liquid.
5. The quantitative cylinder is controlled by cylinder/servo motor.
6. The filling amount can be input directly on the touch screen, which saves the trouble of setting the stroke of the cylinder and the time of adjusting the machine.
7. No can, no filling; no bottle, no filling.
8. Stainless steel liquid water tray.
9. Diving filling can prevent liquid measurement during filling and reduce foam generation.
10. Quick line changing device, changing different bottle types can save time and cost.
