Product information:
This equipment adopts a closed box structure, a suspended
man-machine interface operation, a large visual window, and the
test loops inside the box. The inner box uses a mirror panel and a
special air duct design to ensure that the box produces a standard
concentration of laminar airflow, and is equipped with a negative
pressure vacuum device. The main structure includes pretreatment
box, test box, dust suction port, dust collection box, circulating
dust blowing device, vacuum system, dust storage tank, flow valve,
heating system, reverse flow blade, and protective plug.
It is used to test the performance of electronic and electrical
products, automobile and motorcycle parts, seals and lamps in the
use, storage and transportation of sand and dust environments, and
the purpose is to determine the harmful effects of particles
carried by the airflow on the product
Use environment:
Power supply: AC380V±5%/50Hz,3KVA or match client’s local power
supply requirements
Use place: temperature 15-35 ° C, relative humidity 25%-75%,
atmospheric pressure 86~106kpa (860 mbar-1060 mbar); no sharp
shaking, no vibration, no electromagnetic interference, no dust, no
explosive & corrosive gas, with good heat dissipation
Structure:
