Application:
Aluminum overhead cables are extensively used in overhead power transmission line and
used in city streets and green area, overhead lines closing to the
building , the urban construction site and transformer wiring
occasion etc.. It improves the safety and reliance of electrified
wire netting.
Construction:
Phase conductor: aluminum stranded(AAC)
Neutral conductor: aluminum stranded(AAC), aluminum alloy
stranded(AAAC), Aluminum conductor steel reinforced(ACSR)
Insulation: PVC, XLPE, PE or LDPE
Technical data:
The maximum temperature of the conductor: under normal (90°C),
emergency (130°C) or short-circuit conditions for no more than 5
seconds (250°C).
Minimum ambient temperature: When the ambient temperature is lower
than 0℃, the cable needs to be preheated
Minimum bending radius: single-core cable 20 (d + D) ± 5%
Multi-core cable 15(d+D)±5%
