2. Introduction:

This MA 89 High-frequency Welding Pipe Mill is specially produce high frequency straight seam welded pipes for structural pipe and industrial pipe with Φ35mm~Φ102mm and wall thickness of 1.2~4.0mm. Through optimization design, best materials choice, and accurately fabrication and rolls, the whole line can be reached high precision and high speed. Within suitable range of pipe diameter and wall thickness, pipe production speed can be adjusted.

Uncoiling→ Accumulating→ Leveling→ Forming→ HF welding→ Deburring (outer) → Cooling→ Sizing→ Straightening→ Cutting→ Discharging

Machine will be fixed inside container by steel wire and special PET strap, in order to make sure all parts will not move during transportation and avoid any kinds of damage of machine and container.
