This DB50 Welding tube machine line is specially used for producing carbon high frequency welded pipe mill. This welded machine line is specially used for producingΦ19-76mm, δ0.6-3mm high-frequency straight seam welded pipe and corresponding square pipe and special-shaped pipe(δ≤1mm). It made by refined materials in high precision and equipped with fixed length cutting saw. The main machine includes forming, welding, sizing and straightening device. The composition of equipment is from decoiler to fixed length-cutting saw. Rolling speed can be adjusted correspondingly within suitable range of pipe diameter and wall thickness.

At first, the coil is loaded at the uncoiler, then but-welding the ends of coil, delivering to accumulator. After accumulator, the strip is pulled from accumulator contentiously by fixed speed, is formed to opened-pipe at forming machine, then welded by High frequency welder, deburred, cooled, shaped and sized as round pipe and rectangular&square pipe at the sizing area. Then the sized pipe is straightened after Turkey-head device and then cut to fixed length by flying saw. At last, the fixed pipe is delivered from run-out table and inspected at the table.

FAQ

1. Q: What's the warranty period? (24hours online)

12 months warranty period, starting from the date of the successful installation and commissioning of the equipment at the Buyer’s Installation site. During which all parts damaged because of quality problem will be changed for free.

2. Q: Do you have installation and commissioning service?

A.If buyers come to our factory to inspect, the training to install and operate is provided face to face. If not, manual and video is provided to show how to install and operate.

B. If buyer need we will send technician to buyer site to do installation and commissioning and training.

C.installation and commissioning cost: One engineer will visit Buyer’s workshop for installing, commission and training. The buyer has to pay USD100/per day and visa fee, air tickets fee, accommodation and food, necessary communication, etc.

(Normally ,It takes about a week to install )

3. Q: What’s your after-sales service ?

We provide 24-hour online service for our customers.

And we are happy to give advice and also have skilled technicians available to maintain the machine overseas to customers’ workshop if needed.

4. Q: What's your delivery time ?

Normally we can finish production and testing within 45-70 days after receiving deposit. Some machines in stock, can be delivered at any time

It's 110 kilometers from Hongqiao airport, about 2 hours; It's 125 kilometers from downtown Shanghai about two and a half hours.

8. Q: How to place order ?

9. What are your terms of payment ?

First payment: 30 % by T/T, second payment: 70% by T/T, after the successful inspection at seller’s workshop, and before delivery.

After sale service

1). Engineer will give free training lessons to labors in buyer’s factory.

2). The Buyer will buy the round-trip air ticket for Engineer if visa application is approved. The buyer is also responsible to bear expenses generated, e.g. visa formalities, meals, accommodation and allowance of USD100 for engineer per day.

3). During this guarantee period, we will provide spare parts without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. If the malfunctions are caused by your incorrect operations, we will provide the buyer spare parts at cost price.

4). We will charge the buyer cost price of spare parts beyond one year and provide long-term technical guide.
