Miniature Load Sensor FMZC is strain gauge based to deliver 1.0mV/V output from full wheatstone bridge. Small load sensor FMZC offers 0-2kg / 0-3kg / 0-5kg / 0-10kg four rated measuring ranges to choose from, high accuracy with maximum 0.1% non-linearity of the full capacity.The 1000 ohms resistance strain gauges used are more energy-efficient compared to commonly used 350 ohms gauges. The compact size (L*W*H=22*8*5mm) and aluminum material makes FMZC weighs only about 2.2 grams which makes it suitable for weight measuring applications where total mass and mounting space matters. Brief instruction of load cell rated output(or Sensitivity) and output range:
Definition of rated output: The signal produced by load cell(or force transducer) when rated load is applied, expressed in terms of mV/V. The rated output indicates the output signal range of a sensor.
Loadcell output = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output is normally within 1mV/V~3mV/V.
Power supply is normally within 3-15V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the load cell output signal is normally within 0-45mV(-45mV...+45mV for bidirectional load cell).
Example one: Micro Load Sensor FMZC-5kg with 1.0mV/V sensitivity powered by 3.3V DC,the output range is 0~3.3mV.
Example two: Miniature Load Transducer FMZC-2kg with 1.0mV/V sensitivity powered by 10V DC,the output range is 0~10mV.
