direction (clockwise or counterclockwise).
● Cars are controlled by VFD, which can better control the speed of
movement to reduce impact
● Major and minor shaft are equipped with fail-safe braking system.
● The oven door and oven panels are insulated with 20mm of mineral
fiber. The interlocking pattern ensures minimum heat loss and
allows thermal expansion.
● The oven temperature is regulated by PID temperature
controller,and integrated with the equipment control system.
● The equipment is equipped with one standard operator panels. And
it installs and connects all programs and components, including
PLC, contactors, motor brakes, power supplies, VFDs, alarms and so
on. Operator panel is mainly used to monitor the operation of
equipment and set processing parameters.
● All PLC outputs are protected with safety relays.
● The rotation speed, direction and time of major and minor shaft
can be set. Parameters for multiple steps can be set for each
product.
● The heating time and temperature can be set. Parameters for
multiple steps can be set for each product.
● The cooling time can be set. Parameters for multiple steps can be
set for each product.
● The screen displays real-time temperature, heating and cooling
times, arm status, speed and other status.
● In the case of a network connection, the equipment can be
connected to laptop or cell phone to monitor the equipment work,
modify processing parameters, and generate reports. With the
permission of the customer,the engineer can enter the equipment
backstage for maintenance and program upgrade.
● The management system can create, store, delete recipe function,
can export excel format.
● The equipment can report errors in real time.
● The management system can update temperature curves in real time
