Description of Environmental Friendly Energy Saving Laboratory Spray Dryer
In the laboratory of universities and institutes and enterprises’
R&D department, it is completely simulated the industrial
production spray dryer in the laboratory.
The original liquid would be feed by peristaltic pump, and become
spray with help of High Speed atomizer, the atomizer would be
driven by compressed Air. Peristaltic pump can be adjusted and
stable, which can ensure feeding stably and control temperature
effectively.
The air would be heated by electricity, until inlet air temperature
reach max. 250℃(Adjustable depend on actual need for different
product). At this moment, the heater air would enter the spray
chamber uniformly. After hot air touch with materials to be dryed,
water can be evaported very fast and dryer powder can be collected
by glass separator.

pigments, milk and egg products, plant and vegetable extracts,
pharmaceuticals, synthetic thermal material, aromatic, blood
products, pottery and superconductor biochemical products,

5. Collecting device is made by transparent heat-resistant
borosilicate glass It can gurantee the drying process in no
contamination and stable environment.
6. Only need 30ml of original material to complete an experiment.
7. SUS316L stanless steel fluid nozzle.
8. Built-in imported air compressor, noise less than 50db.
