Full Polyurethane Running track

The full polyurethane running track surfaces are globally recognized. The full polyurethane rubber running tracks have come as a replacement of the traditional PU track. The one-time embossing and workmanship give the product very good quality and at the same time strong resistance to water, anti-slippery, shock-absorbent, excellent elasticity, anti-aging and long-lasting durability. And further, the biggest advantage of the full polyurethane mat is that the rubber granules do not break off from the surface.

Application Area:

1.PU 4:1 Full-pu track material is used as a sandwich system which provides good force reduction and is construction on a casr in place basement of rubber crumb applied with clear PU binder, the base layer is sealed with a combination of rubber dust and two component PU material, with a final topping coating and EPDM rubber granule broadcast onto a flood coat of PU compound.

2.PU 4:1 Full-pu track material is also used as Full-PU system is a high performance system cast in place with two layer recycle SBR granule mixed with elastic PU flood coat and finished with a topping of EPDM rubber granule broadcast onto the PU compound.
