Description
Full Polyurethane Running track
The full polyurethane running track surfaces are globally
recognized. The full polyurethane rubber running tracks have come
as a replacement of the traditional PU track. The one-time
embossing and workmanship give the product very good quality and at
the same time strong resistance to water, anti-slippery,
shock-absorbent, excellent elasticity, anti-aging and long-lasting
durability. And further, the biggest advantage of the full
polyurethane mat is that the rubber granules do not break off from
the surface.

Structure: 2mm thickness special thick liquid(Self-knot Pattern) top layer plus 11mm thickness PU glue mix SBR rubber particle on
the Bottom
Process:
The cast polyurethane resin is prepared by mixing two components,
one a liquid polyol and the other an isocyanate in correct proportions, add SBR granules and then blend
at site to form a viscous liquid compound. Then spread on to the
base of the track by paving machine, to the full thickness
required. The liquid resin mix is then given a textured finish by
broadcasting specially formulated colored EPDM rubber granules on
the surface and allowing the polyurethane to cure. Following cure,
the excess surfacing granules are removed. Finally go with the line
marking.
