Description of plastic profile machine:
1. Production process: The raw material is extruded by the die, it
is formed by the die. After cooling and setting, the profile is

Charactristics of profile machinery:
1. Plastic profile extrusion die, especially when the extruded
material is modified polyvinyl chloride, its molded parts are
generally made of corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless
steel and tempered to above HRC24 to ensure a certain service life.
2. The working surface of the die, the shaping die and its parts
should be smooth and free of defects such as bumps, scratches,
burrs, attachments, and corrosion.
3. The die runner system should be smooth along the direction of
melt flow, and try to avoid sudden changes in the cross section and
stagnant areas.There should be reliable positioning between the
templates, and the loading and unloading repeatability error of the
corresponding positions between the templates between the molds
should not be greater than 0.03mm; the joint surfaces and joints of
the plastic profile extrusion die should be tightly closed, and the
local gap should not be greater than 0.02mm.
4. The cooling system and vacuum system of the sizing mold should
be unobstructed and not leaking. Under normal circumstances, the
water and air systems should not collude with each other. The water
pipe joints and vacuum pipe joints of the plastic profile extrusion
die setting die shall have obvious signs and shall not affect the
connection of the pipeline.
5. The shaping die of the plastic profile extrusion die should be
opened and closed flexibly, and the shaping die of each section and
the shape blocks in the water tank should ensure a certain degree
of coaxiality.
