Description of pvc profile machine:
1. PVC wood foam extrusion line: adopt advanced processing
technology, equipped with specially designed screw, barrel, die
head and axe machine. The profile is a new environmentally friendly
product that mixes plastic, wood and appropriate accessories.
Widely used in product carrier, packaging box, window frame,
decorative board and other outdoor products.
2. Twin screw extruder: SCSJSZ65/132.
Screw diameter :￠65/￠132mm, 2 screws, length-diameter ratio 22:1,
screw maximum speed 37.7rpm; Screw barrel is treated with 38rMoAIA
nitriding. The cylinder is cooled by outside fan, the cast aluminum
heating ring with air duct, and the cylinder is heated in 4 zones.
Maximum output 230kg/h, production speed 1-12m/min.
3. Feeding system:
Automatic screw feeding system, high speed and low noise reducer
with hard tooth surface.
4. Machine head and setting mold:
Main profile head and shaping mold are mainly customized according
to user requirements. Flange bolt connection is used to connect the
machine head and confluent core.
5. Vacuum shaping device:
The full length of vacuum shaping device: 6000mm, the water tray is
made of stainless steel, 12 cooling water pipe joints.
6. Traction device:
Traction track: 2, vulcanized rubber rubber block, traction speed:
0.3-3m /min
Traction motor power: 3KW, traction clamping with pneumatic
adjustment function.
7. Cutting machine SCQG - 160
Cutting machine adopts saw blade cutting, pneumatic control. The
cutting width is 230mm, the maximum cutting thickness is 160mm, the
maximum cutting speed is 5m/min, the total cutting power is 1.5kW,
and the dust collecting device is equipped.
8. Flip SCDF - 160
Table is made of stainless steel, effective turning length 6m,
pneumatic, automatic turning stacking.
9. Digital automatic control system:
Features: High precision temperature control, equipped with alarm
system, simple operation, stable operation.
