Working method:hemp fibre hammer mill
The materials to be crushed are fed through the feeding hole
installed at the top, and then sucked into the coarse crushing area
through the negative pressure of the fan for coarse crushing.
Coarse particles are transported to the second crushing area for
the second grinding. After secondary crushing, coarse and fine
particles are separated by the grading wheel. Then the particles
meeting the fine grinding conditions are crushed in the fine
grinding area. Large particles that cannot be finely ground remain
in the secondary crushing area for re crushing. In the fine
crushing area, the crushed powder is discharged from the crushing
chamber under the impeller of the blower through the negative
pressure of the blower and enters the cyclone separator. The fine
powder is discharged through the electric rotary valve at the
bottom of the separator. Dusty gas enters the dust collection box.
Finally, the dust is collected by the cloth bag in the dust
collection box, and the clean gas is discharged from the fan
outlet.

(1) BSDF has three sets of knives in the grinding chamber: coarse
grinding, medium-fine grinding and fine grinding, and ordinary
hammer grinding has only one set of knives.
(2) BSDF can directly crush large materials. Ordinary hammer mills
cannot.
(3) BSDF does not need to set a screen or a screen in the grinding
cavity, and the powder particle size can be changed through the
speed control of the frequency converter. There are ordinary hammer
mills.
(4) The temperature of the grinding chamber of BSDF will not rise
or only rise a little, and the powder quality is not affected by
heat. The chamber temperature of an ordinary hammer mill is much
higher.
(5) Under the same power consumption, the capacity of BSDF is much
larger than normal hammer mill.
