5. FAQ
How does the lock get powered and how long can it last?
The lock is powered with 4 AA battery,with good batteries can last
18 monthes or more.
What should do when battery is run out?
The lock will beep to prompt when power is lower than 3.5V,please
change the battery when it alarms.
You can still use the card open about 200 times when it prompt. If
the battery is not work,you can use mechanical key to open the
door.
How to open the lock if the card is not work or there is something
wrong with the electronic part?
Each lock are equipped with 2 mechanical keys,you can open door
with those keys.
